    A balanced grapple tweak mod which increases the grapple distance to 2.5x Also increases the grapple firing speed and adds some minor tweaks to the grapple mods. Couldn't find a grapple mod that wasn't overkill so I made one to my liking. Tested with latest version of Just Cause 4 with all DLCs
